摘要
教师肩负着培养国家紧缺人才的使命,他们的主动性、积极性发挥得如何,直接关系到学校的服务质量。本文着重分析了教师工作满意度形成的心理机制,提出了强化教师爱岗敬业的思想认识,培养教师的成就动机,建立公平的报酬体系以及形成融洽的人际关系氛围来形成和培养教师的工作满意度。
The paper analyses the psychological factors that influence the satisfaction degree of the teachers with their work, concluding that the love for their career, a sense of responsibility towards the students, a fair payment system and a harmonious inter-personal relationship are the main elements that contribute to this satisfaction.
