摘要
对知识型员工的管理,成为知识经济时代的人力资源管理的重要课题。心理契约为知识型员工提供了崭新的视角。文章将从心理契约的理论入手,力图将心理契约引入知识型员工管理,并探讨基于心理契约的知识型员工的管理策略。
Managing the knowledge worker, becomes the important subject during the knowledge-based economy ages. The psychological contract provided a new angle of view for the knowledge worker. This paper will begin with the theories of the psychological contract, try to lead the psychological contract to knowledge worker management, and discuss the management strategies of knowledge worker based on the psychological contract.
