摘要
在影响和制约教育政策执行过程与导致教育政策执行失真的诸多因素中,制度因素是一个不可忽视的因素。通过制度分析能够更好地把握教育政策执行的某些本质性特征。
Among the factors affecting and restricting the implementation of educational policies and those resulting in the distorted implementation of educational policies, system is one that shouldn＇t be ignored. We can have a better understanding of some essential characteristics of implementing educational policies by analyzing the system.
