"萨达姆之死"作为国际政治中的一个重大事件,凸显了国家安全、国际秩序与全球正义等方面的问题。"萨达姆之死"和伊拉克作为"失败国家"问题,一方面将进一步危及伊拉克的国家安全、破坏国际秩序和损害全球正义;另一方面它又为维护国家安全、建构国际秩序和伸张全球正义提供了种种可能。"萨达姆之死"在短时间内并不能终结伊拉克的乱局,因为没有民族和解与政治宽容就无法实现"永久和平"。
As a significant event in international politics, ＂The death of Saddam＂ exposes a series of problems relating to national security, international order and global justice. ＂The death of Saddam＂ and Iraq as a ＂failed state＂ apparently further threaten the national security of Iraq, break the international order and destroy global justice; they also provide, however, possibilities to defend national security, establish international order and assert global justice. ＂The death of Saddam＂ will not end the turmoil in Iraq, neither will ＂perputal peace＂ be achieved without national reconciliation and political tolerance.
