摘要 采用调质、表面堆焊、表面等离子熔敷三种处理方法对C级钢进行强化处理,在MXP1000摩擦试验机上进行摩擦磨损试验,并用扫描电镜分析试样的微观组织和摩擦表面形貌,研究各种处理方法对C级钢组织特征和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明离子熔敷技术是一种有效的提高车钩耐磨性能的工艺方法,熔敷耐磨复合材料的耐磨性是调质GCr15钢的3.2倍。 Three processing methods such as quenching and tempering, surface welding and plasma cladding were used to strengthen the low alloy cast steel grade C. The wear resistance experiments were done on MXP1000 machine. The microstructure and surface topography were analyzed by scanning electron. The effects of the processing methods on microstructure and wear resistance of low alloyed cast steel grade C were studied. The results show that plasma cladding is an effective method to improve the wear resistance of couplers, and the wear resistance of cladding is about 3.2 times that of tempered GCr15 steel.
