加力泵转子磨损原因分析

摘要 某发动机加力泵在检修后的试车过程中出现起动转速异常并伴有杂音,分解检查发现柱塞座端面出现异常磨损。对故障加力泵转子部件进行分解,通过外观检查、磨损痕迹的宏微观特征观察、硬度和化学成分测试,对加力泵转子磨损故障的性质、原因及影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明:加力泵柱塞座端面与分油盘表面的磨损性质为磨粒磨损;加力泵转子部件磨损故障与材料质量、工作温度、外来异物、油料质量无关。综合分析认为,加力泵转子磨损与柱塞和分油盘的结构配合关系有关,即与两者之间的表面平面度、匹配面的平行度、配合间隙以及铅铟镀层厚度、均匀性和转子部件的同轴度等尺寸匹配性因素有关。 Abnormal abrasion was found at the end surface of plunger base of an engine assistor rotor during inspection.Macro and micro observation,microhardness testing and chemical analysis were carried out on the separate parts.The results show that the grain abrasion between the end surface of plunger base of the assistor and the surface of oil separator is independent of material quality,working temperature,foreign matter or oil quality,and probably related to some matching factors between the plunger and oil separator(such as the surface flatness,the depth of parallelism and the fit clearance),the coating thickness and evenness of plumbean and indium,and the axiality of the assistor rotor.
