摘要
采用两种不同扫描速度对Q345钢表面Co基合金堆焊层进行激光重熔,并对其进行了硬度、显微组织、X射线衍射分析和耐磨性、耐热疲劳性试验。结果表明,堆焊层经表面激光重熔后组织明显细化,并随着激光扫描速度的提高,重熔堆焊层组织不仅更加细小、均匀致密,而且硬度更高,耐磨性。
Hardness,microstructure,X-ray diffraction,wear resistance and thermal-fatigue resistance were examined to two different laser scanning speed on the Co-based alloy hardface layer of Q345 steel by laser remelting.The result showed that finer microstructure was observed after laser remelting.Finer and homogeneous microstructure,higher microhardness,better wear resistance and thermal-fatigue resistance were obtained with the increase of laser scanning speed.
