酶联免疫吸附法测定猪尿中莱克多巴胺残留的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用酶联免疫吸附法对猪尿中莱克多巴胺进行了残留检测,结果:该方法的最低检测限为0.92μg/L;50%抑制浓度的平均值为2.7μg/L;回收率在(65.2±3.9)%(~86.6±6.1)%,批内变异系数≤17.8%,批间变异系数小于≤15.6%。试验表明该方法可用于莱克多巴胺残留量的筛选检测。
