摘要
用ELISA法对家禽血清、肌肉和肝脏等组织中克仑特罗的残留量进行了检测,肝脏和肌肉组织的回收率分别为82.4%和78.6%。GCMS法证实,ELISA方法灵敏度高、快速有效,适用于禽类产品中克仑特罗残留量的筛选检测。
Residues of clenbuterol in tissues(serum, liver, and muscle) of 10 fowls were determined by ELISA. The extracting recovery of clenbuterol in liver and muscle was 82.4% and 78.6%, respectively. The residues in these tissues were highly relative. The positive results of clenbuterol by ELISA were identified by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(GCMS), which showed that ELISA method is more sensitive, rapid, and suitable for detecting clenbuterol in poultry products as a screening method.
