摘要
白藜芦醇是一些植物在受到生物和非生物胁迫时产生的一种植物抗毒素.它在植物体内会迅速被代谢而生产紫檀芪、云杉新苷、viniferins等代谢物.这些代谢物与白藜芦醇一样具有抗菌、消炎、抗血小板凝集、防止细胞癌变等一系列的生物活性,且有些代谢物的选择性、稳定性远远大于白藜芦醇.本文对白藜芦醇代谢物中几种主要代谢物的合成途径、生物活性、代谢调控、检测方法等进行了综述.
Resveratrol is a phytoalexin produced by some plant species in response to biotic and abiotic stresses. It quickly metabolize into pterostilbene, piceid, viniferins etc in vivo. These metabolins also have a wide-array of biological activities like resveratrol, such as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, platelet antiaggregating. They are also reported to be potentially important cellular events associated with carcinogenesis. The selectivity and stability of these metabolins are also better than that of resveratrol. The synthesis approach,bioactivities,metabolic regulation,detection methods of the main metabolins were reviewed in this paper.
