摘要
以热力学分析为基础,确立BaO渣系对高铬钢同时脱磷脱硫的可能性和条件,并在实验室条件下研究了氧位控制、渣系组成、助熔剂类型及温度等对脱磷脱硫的影响,取得了较好的脱磷脱硫效果。
The possibility and conditions of simultaneous dephosphorization and desulphurization of chromium-containing molten steel with BaO based refining slay were established on the basis ofthermodynamic analysis. And the affects of the oxygen potential control the compositions of refining slay the flusx type and tempaerature etc. On the efficiency of simultaneous dephosphorization and desulphurization have been investigated with laboratery outfit and the results were satisfactory.
