摘要
总结了目前国内外不锈钢脱磷的两种主要方法:氧化脱磷法和还原脱磷法,并分析了影响这两种脱磷方法效果的因素。指出在氧化脱磷中更有效的渣系是BaO基渣系;虽然还原脱磷的工艺复杂,但因其不损失合金元素,并有很好的脱氧、脱硫效果,是具有很大潜力的脱磷方法。
This article summarizes two dephosphorization methods for stainless steel currently in use:oxidation dephosphonzation and reducing dephosphonzation.It also analyzs factors that influence the dephosphorization efficiency of these two methods.And the author points out that the more effective dephosphonzation flux in oxidation dephosphorization is BaO-based flux.Although the technology of reducing dephosphonzation is comphcated.it has a great potential research value,for it does not lose alloy elements and it has a verv high deoxidation and desulfuration efficiency.
