摘要
近十年来,我国职业教育的研究与实践取得了丰硕的成果,但一些基本问题仍未完全解决,其中最根本的问题之一是人才培养的实际效果与市场需求之间的矛盾。因此,就业导向的职业教育课程设置研究仍然是职业教育的重点和难点,也是目前我国职业教育面临的核心任务。本文对职业教育课程设置与证书、就业及学生今后的职业发展进行研究,从大量的调查数据中找出目前课程设置上的问题和不足,并针对其提出了一些方案,将课程与就业通过校企合作有效的连接起来,从而使职业院校人才培养的效果与市场需求相吻合。
In recent ten years, our country obtained a plenteous fruit in vocational education research and practice, but some basic prob lems havvn＇t been resolved completely, one of the most basic problems is the contradiction between the effect on bring up talents and the actual need of market. Therefore, the the vocational education curriculum setting with employment guidance is still the keystone and difficulty, also is the core mission that our country＇s vocational education is faced with currently. This thesis researches into the vocational education curriculum setting, certificate, employment and the students＇ vocational development in future. From a great deal of survey data, the thesis finds out the problem and shortage of the present curiculum setting and provides some solution about how to effectively link the curriculum with the employment through school and enterprise cooperation, which makes the effect on bringing up vocational college talents appropriate for the need of the market.
