COX-2、Bcl-2基因蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、Bcl-2基因蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法对49例尖锐湿疣(CA)组织和26例正常宫颈组织进行COX-2、Bcl-2蛋白检测。结果COX-2、Bcl-2基因蛋白在尖锐湿疣组的表达率和阳性表达程度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),但未发现Cox-2与Bcl-2的表达相关(P>0.05)。结论COX-2、Bcl-2基因蛋白表达与CA的发生发展相关,CA的发病可能与Cox-2、Bcl-2基因的阳性表达程度有关。 Objective To investigate the expressions of COX-2 and Bcl-2 in condyloma acuminatum (CA) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 and Bcl-2 was detected using immuohistochemical staining in 49 specimens of CA, 26 specimens of normal cervical tissue. Results The expressive rate and expressive degree of COX-2 and Bcl-2 in CA were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissue (P〈O.005), and the expression of COX-2 w&s not related to Bcl-2 (P〉O.005). Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and Bel-2 seems to be correlated with the occurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
