摘要
目的:检测P16和Ki-67在尖锐湿疣组织、邻近外观正常组织中的表达。方法:免疫组化SP法检测43例CA组织及其邻近外观正常组织中P16和Ki-67的表达,并以18例正常组织做对照。结果:在CA组织、邻近外观正常组织以及正常对照组织中,P16的阳性表达率分别为44.19%、16.28%、11.11%,CA组与后两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05),后两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为88.37%、27.91%、27.78%,CA组与后两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),后两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:P16和Ki-67在CA组织中表达增高,导致细胞周期失控,并促使细胞异常增殖。
Objective: To determine the expression of P16 and Ki - 67 in condyloma acuminatum and its adjacent tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of P16 and Ki - 67 in 18 norreal foreskin and 43 patients with CA. Results: In CA tissue, adjacent tissue and normal controls, the positivity rate of P16 was 44.19%, 16.28% and 11.11% respectively. The difference between CA tissue, its adjacent tissues ( P 〈 0.01 ) and normal controls was significant ( P 〈 0.05), but the difference between adjacent tissue and normal controls was not significant ( P 〉 0.05). The positivity rate of Ki - 67 was 88.37%, 27.91 % and 27.78% respectively. The difference between CA tissues, adjacent tissues (P 〈 0.01) and normal controls was significant (P 〈 0.01), but the difference between adjacent tissues and normal controls was not significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of P16 and Ki - 67 leads to dysfunction of cell cycle, which can promote cell proliferation in CA.
