摘要
以钨酸钠和盐酸为主要原料,以溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有较高光致变色敏感性的稳定WO3溶胶,并应用SC80C型全自动色差仪对溶胶进行了色度表征。使用漫反射紫外一可见吸收光谱分光光度计和TEM分析了WO3光致变色溶胶的吸收光谱和溶胶的颗粒形态;同时对WO3干溶胶粉体颗粒进行XRD表征。主要得出以下结论:制备稳定WO3光致变色溶胶的最佳工艺条件为:溶液体系的pH值为1.6;丙醇的加入量为初始Na2WO4溶液的15Vol%;乙酰丙酮的加入量为初始Na2WO4溶液的1.5Vol%。
The stable photochromic WO3 sol had been prepared by the of sol-gel method using aqueous Na2WO4 and HCl as preparation materials. The photochromic property of WO3 sol was studied d by SC-80C colorimeter. Furthermore, the WO3 sol was also characterized by ultravioletovisible diffuse reflection spectroscopy, X - ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was shown that the asasynthesized WO3 sol exhibited excellent photochromic performance. The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: the pH value of sol was about 1.6; the propanol content was 15 vol% to the original volume of Na2WO4 ; acetylacetone content was 1.5 vol% to the original volume of Na2WO4.
