摘要
研究了扫描仪、色差计和叶绿素含量3个参数之间的相互关系。通过对叶绿素的标准溶液以及青菜样品的测定,寻找扫描仪的R、G、B、H2、I与色差计中的X、Y、Z、H1、L值及叶绿素含量之间的相关性。用扫描仪和色差仪对含叶绿素的样品进行测定。试验结果显示:扫描仪的R、G、B、H2、I值分别与色差计的X、Y、Z、H1、L值之间有极显著的相关性。青菜叶绿素含量与扫描仪的G与H2相关性极显著,相关系数r分别为-0.9395和0.9302;青菜叶绿素含量与色差仪的H1与L值相关性也极显著,相关系数r分别为0.9065和-0.9084。扫描仪和色差仪均适合对青菜色泽的测定。此外,可以根据回归方程,用G、H2、H1和L值计算叶绿素含量。
The relations between three parameters of Color Difference Meter and Scanner and chlorophyll content were studied in this paper. Through the determination of standard solution and Pok Cloy sample, the interrelation between R. G. B. H2. I in scanner and X. Y. Z. H. L in color difference meter and pigment content was explored, and the sample contained chlorophyll was determined by scanner and color difference meter. The results showed that there was close relativity between parameters (R. G. B. H2. I) of Scanner and parameter (X. Y. Z. H1. L) of Color Difference Meter respectively. The relativity between chlorophyll content of Pak Choy and the data of G and Hi of Scanner were significant. Their correlation coefficent were -0.9395 and 0.9302, respectively. The relativity between chlorophyll content of Pak Choy and the data of Hi and L of Different Color Meter were significant also. Their correlation coefficent were 0.9065 and -0.9084, respectively. Similar results were found in Pak Choy color measured experiment. Very close relativity between chlorophyll content of standard solution and the data of R or G was found. The chlorophyll content of Pak Choy and the data of X or Y had very close relativity also. Took Color Difference Meter and Scanner consider, close relativity between the data of X and R, the data of Z and data of B were found. It was confirmed that Color Difference Meter can be used for Pak Choy color measure, and Scanner can also be used for Pak Choy color measure was found. The chlorophyll content can be calculated by the parameters of G, H2, H1 and L according to the regression equation.
