摘要
在对稳定土厂拌设备工艺流程分析的基础上,分析了物料计量的原理,在每个计量单元中加入了积分分离的控制算法,并在分析CAN总线结构特点的基础上对控制系统进行了优化改造。结果表明此系统在一定程度上节约了物料,提高了配料精度,保证了物料级配的稳定性,满足了施工质量的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
Based on analyzing the process flow of the center stabilized soil mixing equipment, the principle of metric is analysed,the shifting integral PID control algorithm is adopted in every measure unit, and the controlling system was optimized based on the analysis of characteristic of CAN fieldbus. The results indicate that this system can save materials,improve accuracy of the mixing, guarantee the stability of the graduation, satisfy the requirement of the quality in constructions, and have better prospect in application.
