摘要
针对深海观测设备的定点投放问题,研制了一种基于高速混合单片机C8051F020的导航电机控制系统。着重介绍了以C8051F020单片机为核心的导航电机控制系统。该控制系统由D/A输出模块,功率放大电路以及检测电路组成。控制算法采用变速积分PID算法,并通过仿真结果证明了该算法解决了普通PID控制中的积分饱和现象,系统响应速度快,提高了电机的可控性。整个电机控制系统稳定可靠,保证了水下投放装置运行的可靠性。
In view of the question about how to running the observation device of deep-sea at the accurate position, this paper developed navigation motor control system based on the MCU C8051F020. It highlighted the navigation motor control system with C8051F020 MCU as the core. This system consists of D/A output module, power amplifier circuit as well as the detection circuit. Using PID Controller with changing integration rate as control algorithm, and the simulation results show that the algorithm successfully solved integral saturation phenomenon in ordinary PID algorithm, system response speed,and improved the controllability of the motor. The entire motor control system is stable and reliable, thus ensuring the reliability of underwater launch device.
