提高酵母S-腺苷甲硫氨酸表达量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的介绍S-腺苷甲硫氨酸(S-adenosylmethionine,SAM)在Saccharomy cescerevisiae中的合成代谢机制和利用代谢工程改变酵母细胞的相关代谢途径,提高细胞SAM表达量,以及通过发酵工艺调控,提高SAM产率的有关研究进展。方法对近年来的相关研究报道与成果进行综合分析。结果与结论代谢工程与微生物发酵工艺调控相结合的方法,是提高酵母SAM表达水平的切实有效的途径。
