摘要 为全面优化水中氨氮测试条件,提高实验效率,对纳氏试剂光度法测定水中氨氮实验条件进行试验优选.在保证测试精度的前提下,不仅使显色体系pH值范围更为明确(pH 9.50~10.50),而且界定了最佳显色时间为10~25min之间,还可以通过减少蒸馏量至100mL,使水样预处理时间比现行标准规定缩短近1/2. The conditions of ammonia-nitrogen determination in water by the method of Nessler's reagent photometry were optimized through series of experiments, According to the results of the study, the optimal pH of color reaction system was defined from 9.50 to 10, 50, the time for color reaction was suggested from 10 to 25rain and the amount of water samples to be distilled can be reduced to 100 mL. All these changes of test conditions do not affect the accuracy of ammonia-nitrogen determination in water.
