摘要
氨氮的含量是评价水体重要的指标之一,现行的检测方法中以纳氏试剂分光光度法应用最为广泛.分析纳氏试剂的配制方法及氨氮检测原理,归纳纳氏试剂和酒石酸钾钠的保存条件,体系pH值、反应温度和时间等显色条件,干扰消除方法,样品稀释方法,以及其它方面的问题,以期为提高氨氮监测结果的准确性和可靠性提供参考.
Ammonia nitrogen is one of the important evaluation index in water.The existing method of Nasser's reagent spectrophotometry is most widely used.This paper induces and summarizes the preparation principle of Nasser's reagent,reaction principle of ammonia nitrogen,preservation conditions of Nasser's reagent and potassium sodium tartrate,the color conditions(including pH value,reaction temperature and time),methods of interference elimination,dilution methods of sample and other problems.This provides a beneficial reference for improving accuracy and reliability of ammonia nitrogen monitoring results.
