摘要
本文从聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）材料的力学性能的角度来研讨PTFE波纹管的刚度。通过实测．对PTFE波纹管的初始刚度和稳定刚度及它们之间的关系进行了分析，进而导出了工程公式。本文的研究限于时间和条件，还是初步的，但其结果可供有关PTFE波纹管的设计、选用和标准的制定参考。
In this paper. the spring rate of PTFE bellows is studied in view of its mechanical properties. The initial sprlng rate and the steady spring rate of PTFE bellows as well as the relationship between them are analysed by tests. Hased on the results. engineering formula for its spring rates are conducted. Hecause of the limit of time and experimental condltlons. the research is still on preliminary stage. Hut the conclusions coulde be used as a reference for the design. selection and standard -making of PTFE bellows.
