摘要
通过对聚四氟乙烯膨胀节的受力模型进行简化,推导了符合聚四氟乙烯膨胀节结构特点的刚度公式,并根据其材料的性能特点进行了刚度性能的实验研究。实验数据与公式计算值较好地吻合。由于蠕变现象的存在,承载下的PTFE膨胀节的刚度和轴向位移都与时间有关。
Through the simplification of the bearing model of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) expansion joint,the rigidity formulas which accord with the characteristics of PTFE expansion joint structure are put forward.In view of the performance of PTFE, the experimental research on rigidity are carried on The test data shows very good correlation with the calculations that comes from the formulas Because of creep, rigidity and the axial displacement of PTFE expansion joint relate to the time
