摘要
1932年至1933年为十三世达赖喇嘛圆寂前两年,此时西藏地方发生了巨大的变革,即西藏政局对康、青战争的影响、十三世达赖喇嘛的“公开信”(告民众书)发布、西藏两大活佛系统之间的论争及国民政府的调解、九世班禅喇嘛返藏等。从这些事件的发生,可看到当时西藏政局的若干特征。
1932 and 1933 were two years before the 13th Dalai Lama＇s death. Great changes had taken place in this period in Tibet, which include the influence of its political situation on the Kang-Qing War, the open letter by the 13th Dalai Lama, the disputes between the two Living Buddhas in Tibet and the mediation by the Government of the Republic of China, and the 9th Panchen Lama＇s returning to Tibet. All these events reflect the key features of the political situation in Tibet then.
