摘要
“后现代”概念具有模糊性,却又不断扩张。理性问题已不适用于现代与后现代的划分。詹克斯从新的角度探讨后现代的品质,并企图以此消灭后现代概念的模糊性。为此,他提出“晚期现代”概念和“后现代”相对峙,而抛弃了后现代的断代式界定,但其理论也存在一定局限性。
The concept of “post-modernism” is obscure, but it keeps extending. The question of reason is not enough to divide modernism and post-modernism. C.Jencks discussed the characters of post-mode rnism in a new direction, and tried to get rid of its obscurity. He raised the concept “late modernism” to take the stand of “post-modernism”, and threw away the idea of dividing post-modernism into a period. Ho wever, his theory has its limitation.
