摘要
国际体育仲裁院仲裁裁决在中国的承认与执行是2008年北京奥运会上不可避免的问题。一方面需要从一般理论上了解有关国际体育仲裁院仲裁裁决承认与执行的基本问题,另一方面也要特别关注该仲裁裁决在我国申请承认与执行时将会遇到的潜在冲突并加以解决。
At the coming 2008 Beijing Olympics, more and more CAS awards will be inevitably recognized and enforced in China. On one hand, it is necessary to understand the basic theories about the recognition and enforcement of CAS awards. On the other hand, special attention should be paid to the potential conflicts to be encountered at Beijing Olympics.
