摘要
目的:研究益气养阴、化瘀散结中药合针刺治疗糖尿病脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:观察病例60例,按照治疗组∶对照组=1∶1配比,进行对照观察研究。结果:治疗组患者综合证候总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患者临床神经功能缺损程度(积分)恢复的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后血脂、血糖、糖基化血红蛋白有不同程度的改善。结论:益气养阴、化瘀散结中药合针刺治疗糖尿病脑梗死疗效明显优于单用西药常规治疗,且无明显不良反应。
Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Yiqiyangyin and Huayusanjie traditional Chinese decoction combined with acupuncture in treating diabetes brain infarct. Methods：60 cases of diabetes brain infarct were randomly divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and the contrast group （30 cases）. The clinical curative effect in both groups were observed. Results：The total effective ratio on complex symptom and sign in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the contrast group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective ratio on resuming of clinical scathing nerve function in the treatment group was higher than that in the contrast group （P 〈 0.05）. The blood fat, blood sugar and Hb in both groups had improved in deferent degrees. Conclusion：Yiqiyangyin and Huayusanjie decoction combined with acupuncture has better curative effect than single western medicine in treating diabetes brain infarct, which has no obvious side effect.
