摘要
学术性与师范性是教师教育的一对基本矛盾,教师教育一直面临着学术性与师范性之争的问题,而且始终未能较好地协调好这一对关系。教师专业化作为教师教育发展的目标和趋势,已成为教师教育学术性与师范性逐步整合的根本途径。
The nature of the academic teachers and the teacher education is a couple of contradictiory categories which has both confrontation and mutual fuses. In reality, the teacher education is continuously facing the contradiction between the nature of learning and pedagogical, the relation of which can never be well coordinated. The teacher specialization, which has been regarded as the goal and the tendency for the education development of a teacher, has become a fundamental way for the gradual conformity of academic teachers and the teacher education.
