摘要
目的制备1种新型胺基壳聚糖微球,并以山楂叶中的黄酮类化合物为吸附模型,研究其吸附性能。方法采用反相悬浮交联法制备壳聚糖微球,甲醛为预交联剂,经羟丙基化、胺基化,并通过红外光谱,扫描电镜测定其结构。结果改性壳聚糖微球对游离黄酮的吸附量大于壳聚糖的吸附量,9 h后基本达到吸附平衡,通过此法得到的最优的多孔壳聚糖吸附剂对黄酮类化合物的吸附量在600 mg/g以上。结论该法制得的壳聚糖微球是1种良好的多孔吸附剂,有较好的工业化前景。
Purpose To prepare a novel aminated chitosan derivatives and to investigate the adsorption of the total flavonoids from hawthorn leaves. Methods Through inverse suspension cross-linking, hydroxylpropychlorination and amination, the adsorpti of the micorsphere was characterized by on properties of the aminated chitosan were investigated. The structure scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared ( FTIR). Results The results indicated that the properties of novel aminated chitosan derivatives were significantly improved compared with chitosan ,The adsorption capacity for flavones was 600 mg/g. Condusion The chitosan microsphere prepared by this method is a novel adsorbent, and has a better prospect of industrialization.
