摘要
研究了β-环糊精在以水为溶剂从绿茶中提取茶多酚的辅助作用,考察了β-环糊精用量,温度,时间,以及超声波对提取效果的影响.结果显示,β-环糊精对茶多酚的溶出速率和提取率都有较明显的改善,70℃超声震荡8分钟茶多酚的提出率高达27.2%.
The effect of β-cyclodextrin on extracting teapolyphenol from green tea with water has been studied. Some key factors, including the addition amount of β-cyclodextrin, extraction temperature, extraction time and ultrasonic vibration instead of stirring, were investiated in details. The results show that β-cyelodextrin could significantly improve the dissolution rate and extraction rate of teapolyphenol and extraction yield reached up to 27.2 % when ultrasonic vibrate for 8 minutes at 70 ℃.
