分别以7-ACA和GCLE为原料合成了头孢他啶关键中间体7-氨基-3-(1-吡啶甲基)头孢霉烷酸,讨论了两者的生产技术和成本。
7-Amino-3- （1-pyridiniummethyl）-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid, a key intermediate of ceftazidime, was prepared from two different starting material, 7-ACA and GCLE, respectively. The merits and demerits of techniques and cost of these two methods are discussed.
