摘要
对7-苯乙酰氨基3-吡啶甲基-3-头孢菌素4-羧酸对甲氧苄酯的合成工艺进行优化，结果改进工艺后可缩短生产周期4～6h，收率达88．3％，含量97．1％。该工艺简化了操作过程，降低了生产成本，提高了生产效率，为工业化生产提供了更有利的保障。
An improved process of the preparation of 7-phenylaeetyl -3-pyridiniummethyl-4-earboxylie acid p-methoxybenzyl ester was described. The yield was 88.3% and purity 97.1%. The improved process could simplify the synthetic procedure, reduce the cost of production and increase the yield of the product,
