摘要
经调查,在校中、高职护生的情商偏低,并且与学习成绩、行为规范分的相关性无显著差异(p>0.05);学生干部的情商高于普通学生,且有显著差异(p<0.05)。文章认为,学校应有相应的对策培养提升护生的情商。
In the school the students' EQ goals is low,and there were no significant difference in the EQ goals, standard behaviour and studing achievements(p 〉 0.05). There was significant difference between the cadre students and students(p 〈 0.05), The school should have a cultivating tactics to promote students' EQ.
