摘要
对黑籽南瓜的离体再生体系进行了初步研究。结果表明,黑籽南瓜的离体器官不定根再生比较容易,不定芽的再生较为困难,受到多种因素的影响。在KT与NAA两种激素的培养基上,不同外植体的再生能力差异明显,所有外植体都能诱导出愈伤组织,但只有子叶+胚轴的部分能够再生出不定芽,其它部分都能再生出不定根,但胚轴上的不定根很少。最佳的再生培养基是MS+KT 2.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L,可获得较高的不定芽诱导率。
Cucurbita ficifolia Bouch is a kind of important vegetable and stock for Cucurbitas. In order to improve its property by biotechnology, the regeneration system was studied preliminarily. The results showed that the adventitious root was produced easily and the adventitious bud was difficult to generate. The different explants had different ability to regeneration in the media with KT and NAA. The callus and adventitious roots were induced in all of the explants and the hypocotyls explants had fewer adventitious roots, but the adventitious buds were only produced from the explants of lower cotyledon plus hypocotyls. The better media for adventitious buds regeneration was MS+ 30g/L sugar+6. 5g/L agar+KT 2. 0rag/L+ NAA 0. 3g/L.
