摘要
目的建立金果泡腾片中橙皮苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SinoChrom ODS-BP柱(4．6×250mm,5mm),流动相为乙腈-0．2％磷酸(22:78),流速为1．0ml·min-1,检测波长为284mm。结果橙皮苷进样量在0．106μg～0.636μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0．9999,平均回收率为98．2％,RSD为0．53％。结论本方法简便、快速、分离度好,能有效控制该制剂质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of hesperidin in Jinguo Effervescent Tablets by HPLC. METHODS The Sino Chrom ODS-BP column（4. 6 × 250mm,5μm） was used and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid （22 ： 78）. The flow rate was 1 . 0ml · min^-1,detection wavelength was at 284nm. RESULTS The determination of hesperidin showed a good linear relationship in range of 0. 0106μg-0. 636μg,r=0. 9999. The mean recovery was 98.2% ,RSD was 0.57%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate,and suitable for quauity control of the drug.
