摘要
本文以阜新经济转型为例研究了资源枯竭型城市产业转型效果的评价问题,首先对阜新转型前和实施转型战略后的情况进行了对比,其次在对比分析的基础上构建了阜新转型效果的评价指标体系,最后根据统计数据对阜新市的转型效果进行了评价,并对评价结果进行了分析。
This paper assesses the effects of industrial transformation in resources-exhausted city, Fuxin, compares the results before and after the industrial transformation, establishes the assessment indexes for industrial transformation effect, and analyzes the effects of industrial transformation in Fuxin City.
