摘要
心智模式概念的提出,使人们比以往更加关注人的心理因素在管理中的重要作用。该文对21世纪中国成功企业家的心智模式特征进行了探讨,提出“人为为人”思想与心智模式相结合,是当代中国成功企业家应有的心智模式特征之一。
The notion of cognition has turned our attention to the important role psychological factors play in business management. On the basis of the preliminary analysis of the cognition of some successful enlrepreneurs of the 21st century, this paper proposed that ＂to find a way to serve others＂ characterized the success story of entrepreneurship in contemporary China.
