摘要
论文的研究目的是探讨高校教师教学效能感的特点与发展规律。研究方法:以520名高校教师为研究对象,应用“教师教学效能感量表”为研究工具,测量不同教师特征对高校教师教学效能感的影响。研究结果发现:①高校教师的个人教学效能感显著高于一般教学效能感;②学历和教龄对教学效能感有显著影响;③性别对教学效能感作用不显著,但和其他教师特征产生交互作用。
Purpose : to study the characteristics and developing rules of college teaching efficacy. Methods: to measure the influence of different teachers'characteristics on college teaching efficacy through applying the skill of the sense of teaching efficacy to 520 college teachers. Results: ① the personal teaching efficacy of college teachers is much higher than the general teaching efficacy.②Teachers' education and the years of their teaching career influence their teaching efficacy greatly. ③Gender dont have much influence on the sense of efficacy but interact with the other teachers' characteristics.
