摘要
论文的研究目的是探讨高校教师教学效能感的特点与发展规律。研究方法:以520名高校教师为研究对象,应用“教师教学效能感量表”为研究工具,测量不同教师特征对高校教师教学效能感的影响。研究结果发现:①高校教师的个人教学效能感显著高于一般教学效能感;②学历和教龄对教学效能感有显著影响;③性别对教学效能感作用不显著,但和其他教师特征产生交互作用。
Purpose ： to study the characteristics and developing rules of college teaching efficacy. Methods： to measure the influence of different teachers＇characteristics on college teaching efficacy through applying the skill of the sense of teaching efficacy to 520 college teachers. Results： ① the personal teaching efficacy of college teachers is much higher than the general teaching efficacy.②Teachers＇ education and the years of their teaching career influence their teaching efficacy greatly. ③Gender dont have much influence on the sense of efficacy but interact with the other teachers＇ characteristics.
