摘要
目的:观察新疆紫草脂溶性提取物AE-Ⅰ和水溶性提取物AE-Ⅱ对果蝇寿命的影响。方法:采用乙醚麻醉法,收集10h内羽化未交配的果蝇成虫,随机分为正常对照组与AE低、中、高不同剂量给药组,每组给予相应培养基饲养,每天记录果蝇存活数,直至果蝇全部死亡。结果:新疆紫草提取物AE-Ⅰ、AE-Ⅱ对果蝇均能延长雌雄果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命,并使果蝇的生存曲线显著右移。结论:新疆紫草提取物AE-Ⅰ、AE-Ⅱ对果蝇有延缓衰老的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Arnebia euchrorna (Royle) Johnston extracts (AE) on life-span in drosophila melanogaster(fruit flies). Methods: Fruit flies were divided into one controlled group and six tested groups(n =240 each) with the dosage of AE-Ⅰ 0.05%, 0. 10%, 0. 20% and AE-Ⅱ 0. 20%, 0.40%, 0.80%. Counted the number of live and death every day until all the flies died and calculate the mean and maximum life-span of fruit flies. Results: The mean life-span of both male and female fruit flies fed on media containing AE-Ⅰ all dosages and AE-Ⅱ middle and high dosages were significantly longer than those fed on pure maize powder media (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01) ; AE-Ⅰ low and middle dosage groups and AE-Ⅱ middle and high dosage groups could significantly prolong the maximum life-span in the male fruit flies (P 〈0.05) ; AE-Ⅰ low and middle dosage groups and AE- Ⅱ low dosage groups could significantly prolong the maximum life-span of the female fruit flies compared with the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion; The AE-Ⅰ and AE-Ⅱ showed significant effects on delayed aging in fruit flies.
