摘要
薪酬管理的工作结果直接影响到国有中药企业的经济效益和长远的发展。提出宽带薪酬是一种新型的薪酬管理模式,分析了推行宽带薪酬模式的条件以及实施的流程和注意点,指出国有中药企业实施宽带薪酬模式必须自主创新,根据其企业特点设计合适的方案方能取得效果。
The resuh of salary management directly affects the economic benefits and long- term development of national Chinese drug enterprises. This paper deals with the conditions for the popularization of the broad band salary management mode, the process of its implementation and some points for attention. In the conclusion part, the author points out that this mode should be implemented according to according to the features of different enterprises, with creativeness and flexibility.
