摘要
宽带薪酬是与现代企业组织结构扁平化相适应的一种新型的薪酬结构方式,它打破了传统薪酬结构中重视和强化岗位制度、突出员工的工作能力与绩效等特点,但是在其具体应用中出现了诸如绩效测量困难、管理成本上升等问题;该文构建了一个运用模糊综合评判的方法来评价员工绩效的模式,力图以此来解决宽带薪酬实际运用中绩效测量的问题。
Broadbanding salary is a new kind of salary design fit for the modern firm's flat organization structure, which will eliminate the disadvantages of traditional salary structure characterized by the emphasis on the post hierarchy and focus on competence and performance of the employees. However, in its concrete application, there exists the difficulty in measuring performance ,and the cost of management also rises. In this paper, a fuzzy comprehensive model is employed to evaluate the personnel performance so as to effectively solve the problem of performance measuring ,and an example is given.
