摘要
针对武汉市的水资源状况,对中心城区水资源建立面向可持续发展的区域水资源优化配置模型。采用约束法将该多目标问题转化为单目标问题,并利用复合型优化法对转化后的问题进行优选计算,从而得到一系列的非劣解。将区域内有限的水资源在各子区、各用水部门间进行最优分配,从而获得社会、经济、环境协调发展的最佳综合效益,为缓解武汉市用水供需矛盾和环境规划提供依据。
Aiming at the reality of water resources of Wuhan City, a regional water resources optimal allocation model based on sustainable development was worked out for the urban center of Wuhan City. By use of the constraint method, the multi-objective problem was converted into a series of single-objective problems, and the complex optimization method was employed for optimal selection of solutions to above problems. The limited regional water resources were optimally allocated between different subareas and different departments, so that an optimum comprehensive benefit can be obtained from the harmonious development of society, economy, and environment. The result of research provides a basis for alleviating the conflict between water supply and demand and enviromnental planning.
