摘要
目的研究自然杀伤(NK)细胞亚群比例变化与复发性自然流产(RSA)的关系。方法补体裂解法分离RSA组与对照组外周血NK细胞,酶免疫标记技术测定两种不同NK细胞亚群比例。结果与对照组比较,RSA组CD16-CD56+比例减少,而CD16+CD56+比例上升(P<0.05)。结论RSA的发生与具有杀伤活性的CD16+CD56+NK细胞亚群比例上升有关。
Objective To study the variation of peripheral blood NK Sub-class ratio in recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Complement lysis was performed to separate NK cells, and then ELISA was used to determine the ratio of NK sub-class. Results Compared with the control, the ratio of CD16^＋ CD56^＋ NK sub-class in RSA was higher （P〈0.05）, and another sub-class showed the reverse trend. Conclusion The occurrence of RSA might partly owe to the increasement of CD16^＋ CD56^＋ NK sub-class.
