摘要 研究表明,运动能力在很大程度上受到遗传因素的影响,人类有多个基因与人体运动能力密切相关。本文运用文献资料法,综述了近年来国内外关于耐力与力量素质相关基因的研究进展,初步探讨了这些基因影响运动能力的途径,为接下来在该领域的研究提供了参考和建议。 Researches have showed that the human performance is affected by inheritance to a large extent. There are many genes which correlate to human sports ability. By using the method of documentary, the writer reviews the advances of research on the correlation between gene and the diathesis of endurance and strength both here and abroad more recently. And also made a study of the approach how did these gene have an influence on human performance.
