摘要
针对英语跨文化交际活动中传统的就词论词、就句论句的交际方法已不适应时代发展的问题,根据语用学与英语跨文化交际的关系,通过语用学理论来指导英语跨文化交际中如何选用词汇,理解语法,结合文化习俗等策略,使之很好地应用于跨文化交际中,这是提高跨文化交际能力行之有效的方法。
In view of the problem which the traditional communicative method doesn＇t adapt to the modern development, application of pragmatic theory is necessary. According to the connection between wag- matics and communication of different cultures, we should adopt pragmatic theory to direct how to choose the vocabulary,to comprehend the grammar, to combine with the cultural customs in the communication between different cultures. The pragmatic theory, which is applied in the communication of different cultures,is the best way to improve the communicative ability.
