摘要 研究了壳聚糖(CTS)与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETA)的季铵化反应,制备了取代度较高的壳聚糖接枝物,其最佳反应条件如下:反应温度为75℃,反应时间为6 h,n(壳聚糖)∶n(ETA)=1∶4;并研究了壳聚糖接枝物在针叶木浆和阔叶木浆中的应用,结果表明壳聚糖接枝物对纤维有良好的增强作用。 The graft copolymerization of 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride (ETA) onto chitosan was studied. Graft copolymer with high degree of substitution was prepared. The optimized copolymer were obtained at the reaction temperature of 75 ℃, reaction time of 6 h, chitosan/ETA mole ratio of 1 : 4. The strengthening effect of chitosan copolymer on paper which was made of softwood pulp and hardwood pulp was studied in this paper, and the strengthening mechanism of the chitosan copolymer was also discussed. Through the study it was proved that chitosan copolymer had good strengthening effect on fibers.
