摘要
在大田网室内评价了不同孢子含量的玫烟色拟青霉Paecilomyces fumosoroseus对烟粉虱种群的控制效果.结果表明,各处理区玫烟色拟青霉对烟粉虱当代的种群干扰作用控制指数(IIPC)分别为0.802 0、0.673 2、0.641 3、0.538 9和0.418 6,对烟粉虱下一代的IIPC分别为0.482 6、0.346 9、0.330 8、0.134 8和0.101 7.玫烟色拟青霉对烟粉虱种群的控制作用主要表现为累积效应,连续2代都使用玫烟色拟青霉对烟粉虱的种群控制效果比只在1代上使用的效果好;同一世代内连续2次使用1.0×106mL-1的处理区对烟粉虱种群的控制效果更好.
In the greenhouse, the control effeciency of Paecilmyces fumosoroseus on Bemisia tabaci in the first generation and the second generation were evaluated with five treatments. The interference indexes of population control (IIPC) ofB. tabaci were 0. 802 0, 0. 673 2, 0. 641 3, 0. 538 9, 0. 418 6 for the first generation and 0. 482 6, 0. 346 9, 0. 330 8, 0. 134 8, 0. 101 7 for the second generation, respectively. P. fumosoroseus provided accumulative control for B. tabaci, and continuous applications of P. fumosoroseus for controlling B. tabaci for two generations provided a better control than for first generation. Two applications of P. fumosoroseus with concentration 1 x 10^6 mL^-1 provided the best control to B. tabaci.
