摘要
对液体培养中玫烟拟青霉(Paecilomycesfumosoroseus)生长变化初步观测的结果表明:在室内恒温26℃条件下,玫烟拟青霉生长最高峰在液体培养的30～40h阶段。先在室内恒温26℃条件下培养24h后,再于室内日平均温度30℃条件下继续培养,该菌的菌丝在第32～40h增重最大。
The growth of hypha of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus cultured in liquid medium was ob-served in the experiment.The results showed that the hypha of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus grew fast during30～40h mainly after cultured in liquid medium(PDA)at26℃indoors.The weight of hypha increased greatly during32～40h after cultured for24h at26℃indoors firstly and then cultured in-doors under the condition of30℃.
