摘要
研究了6个烟草品种(中烟98、中烟99、中烟100、心叶烟、NC89、K326)的叶片和根系中的辅酶Q10含量。结果表明:在烟草幼苗叶片中,以中烟98辅酶Q10含量最高,NC89次之,心叶烟最低;在烟草幼苗根系中,以中烟99辅酶Q10含量最高,NC89和心叶烟次之,K326最低;中烟99、中烟100、K326、NC89、心叶烟等5个品种的根系辅酶Q10含量均明显高于其叶片中辅酶Q10的含量。
Coenzyme Ql0 content of leaves and roots of six tobacco varieties seedlings were studied. The results showed that the Coenzyme Q10 content of tobacco leaves was highest in ZhongYan98, moderate in NC89, and lowest in Xinye Yan. The Coenzyme Q10 content of tobacco roots was highest in ZhongYan99, mederate in NC89 and XinyeYan, and lowest ha K326. The Coenzyme Q10 content of roots was higher than leaves in ZhongYan99, ZhongYan100, K326,NC89 and XinyeYan.
